Jay Brown is the first Realtor Associate licensed with Hawaii Premier Homes and has been a essential member of the team since the company was established in 2013.

Jay epitomizes integrity, trustworthiness, hard work, and professionalism in every aspect of the Real Estate transaction. Jay is a native of Southern California and a retired Army veteran with over 25 years of service. During that span, he averaged a Permanent Change of Station/military relocation every 2.8 years and truly understands the dynamics, intricacies, challenges, and sacrifices associated with military life.

Jay has made a high-level commitment to his professional and personal education and holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management with certifications in Military Relocation, Sellers Representative, and Property Manager; additionally, he is a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, facilitator and mediator. Jay brings those skills and experiences to every transaction with his clients who are buying, selling or leasing property on Oahu. He embraces challenges and takes a systematic approach to research, vet, and negotiate transactions while working with lenders, agents, escrow officers, and a litany of other professionals within the real estate industry  to best benefit his clients. For Jay, a successful real estate transaction results in his clients selling or purchasing the home they want at a price they feel good about.

Jay enjoys the beauty of the island and a variety of social activities with friends and family on Oahu. He leads an active life which includes a fitness routine, cooking, experiencing great restaurants, mentoring youths in the community, and helping those less fortunate than himself. He is the proud father of two young men, which have left the nest and are living their lives and like many parents, he is supportive and involved in their continued growth and maturation.
